Those are good questions. Sometimes we need the responses spelled out to us. May I recommend my own humble contribution: I Want to Sleep-Unlearning Insomnia. Insomna is a dangerous habit to get in to - don't expect kicking it to be easy. But resist the temptation to accept it as yet another disease that your doctor is responsible for curing.
